Misting Fans to cool down the hot summer months
We wanted to cool down the pavilion area for our guests during the hot summer months. We finally found something that wouldn't drench people, but cool things off.
The Design Process
I searched and searched and finally found exactly what we were looking for. High pressure misting fans that were good-looking, quiet and wouldn't drench people. Precision Mist in Phoenix AZ. They manufacture the fans themselves, provide parts, and I have never had such incredible personal technical service. Thanks Josh Sanchez! Josh walked me through tons of questions I had. An actual person to help! Go figure! Contact us if you want more information.

This is a drawing using a 3D modeling application. We had to fabricate brackets to install the fans. They had to conceal the wiring and plumbing necessary for the fans.
We personally designed, fabricated and installed the misting fans ourselves.

Building the steel brackets.
Figuring out the wiring

Planning out the electrical took so much time and detail. I contacted my electrician buddy Rick, to make sure everything would be safe.
Installation

Installing brackets and fans. Oh how we love our scissor lift. Imagine doing this on a ladder!

Running the electrical wire
Bending conduit. It involves trigonometry and takes a lot of skill. Shout out to all you electricians! We definitely didn't get it our first try.

Adding new breakers to the main panel

Fabricating a stand for the pump
Complete! The fans make a huge difference in the hot summer months. It was a lot of work. But we want the best for our customers.
